Ron Burris with his Quintet at Yoshi’s Oakland

The Ron Burris Quintet and celebrity Friends will be performing at Yoshi’s Oakland, Wednesday March 5, 2025.  The show  begins at 8pm. I will have some great musicians assisting me in making this a nice evening of Jazz. The great Leon Joyce will be playing drums. Leon played with Ramsey Lewis for many years as well as other professionals  in the field.  In addition, Janice Maxie- Reid will be playing  piano and  will  also do a little singing tribute- that will be a  surprise.  Michael Jones, who is an outstanding teacher and performer will join us of Bass and my dear friend, Larry St. Lezin will be holding it down on  guitar.  Come out  and help make this a wonderful event.
